Assessments

The Mundiali Assessment is a business resource assessment tool enabling a company to conduct a formal study of where a business is currently and where it wants to go in the future. The assessment is a mutual discovery that will be performed and centered on confirming key measures of success, gaps in service and process, and innovative solutions. Mundiali will produce a report with these objective results and will review with the customer, which highlights recommended solutions and innovative alternatives.

This assessment also creates standard documentation to preserve and begin a knowledge base used in current service delivery. Together, a review of all information will help determine if there are any gaps or inconsistencies in the information presented. The data is then evaluated to understand risks, operational challenges, support model design opportunities, and SLA / OLA / or KPI enhancements.
